2023 AMBUCS National Conference

Hear from inspiring speakers, give back to the local community, and celebrate our accomplishments from the past year, all in a city rich in history, great food, and world-class bourbon.

Wednesday, August 2, 2023
1:30 pm – 4:30 pm Conference Registration Table Open
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm First Timers Meeting
3:30 pm – 4:30 pm National Big Hat Club Executive Committee Meeting
5:15 pm – 6:15 pm Buffet Dinner at the Galt House (Open to all attendees and included with conference registration)
6:30 pm – 7:00 pm Board the Belle of Louisville for Riverboat Cruise (Must pre-register, but open to all attendees and included with conference registration) Note: The Belle of Louisville is visible from the hotel and is in easy walking distance for most attendees, but the CVB – Louisville Tourism – has agreed to cover free transportation to the boat and back for attendees with mobility issues that require additional transpiration assistance. Miller Transportation Company will be providing the shuttle, which will be available from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm -10:00 pm. Please request this transportation assistance when you register.
7:00 pm Belle of Louisville Departs from Dock. Wear Your Finest Kentucky Derby Hat! Prizes will be awarded.
9:00 pm Belle of Louisville Returns to Dock
