Join other members for the Southern Region for our annual regional gathering. Social time, Amtryke giveaway, education sessions, and community building with Ambucs from across the South.

Friday, May 19, 2023
4:30 pm – 5:30 pm  Conference Registration Open, AMBUCS Resource Center Meet & Greet and Tours
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm  Dinner in High Point (location TBA, not included in registration rate)
8:30 pm – Until  Hospitality Suite Open
 
Saturday, May 20, 2023
10:00 am – 11:00 am  Amtryke Giveaway at Miracle League Ball Game | Wear your favorite baseball shirt!
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm  Lunch (included in registration)
1:00 pm – 4:00 pm  Education Sessions (also presented virtually)
4:00 pm – 5:00 pm  National News
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm  Happy Hour @ Goofy Foot Taproom
6:30 pm – 8:00 pm  Dinner (restaurant recommendations provided; meal not included in registration rate)
8:30 pm – Until  Hospitality Suite Open

We don't have an official lodging partner for this year's Southern Region Conference. We recommend these two hotels, which are very near the AMBUCS Resource Center and have reasonable rates on Hotel.com, Expedia.com, etc.
